BMW has upgraded its smaller two-door model for the 2018 model year. The 2018 BMW 2 Series coupe and convertible get a revised version and new exterior lighting as well as revised wheel choices.
2018 Bmw 2 Series Changes
The most important change is the sharper look caused by the revised front bumpers and the complete LED headlights presenting a hexagonal shape for BMW’s nighttime traffic lights. The grille has also been extended to give the car a more aggressive look. In addition, buyers have more wheel designs and exterior colors to choose from.
The changes inside are just as minor. There is a new steering wheel and the center stack and console have been cleaned. New details such as contrast stitching and high-gloss black accents have been added and buyers have more options to choose from among the new features of the new technology, such as wireless charging and the integration of CarPlay smartphones Apple. Finally, the 8.8-inch infotainment screen now comes in tactile format if the available navigation system is added.
2018 Bmw 2 Series Powertrain
BMW 2 Series features the latest generation of BMW TwinPower Turbo 4-cylinder and 6-cylinder engines, coupled with chassis and suspension specially designed to promote a driving experience that fuels sporting ambition. The new BMW 2 Series will be available in the US as Coupe and Convertible 230i and M240i models, which can be specified with xDrive, the BMW intelligent all-wheel drive system.
Release Date and Price
Availability and prices still need to be confirmed, but expect the starting price of Series 2 update to remain in the region under $ 30,000.
