2020 Audi TT Roadster – Audi engineers were sighted testing prototypes for a facelifted version of the TT Roadster. The prototypes of the coupe were spotted a year ago. The TT is in its third generation with the current model, which was introduced for 2016. We are waiting for the facelifted version to arrive in showrooms early in 2019, as a 2020 model.
Under the hood, the same powertrain options should remain, although possibly with adjustments to provide more performance and / or economy. The 2020 Audi TT Roadster currently has an online turbocharger 2.0-liter-4 good for 220 horsepower. The TTS has the same engine but with an output power of 292 hp, and at the top of the range, the TT RS with an in-line turbocharger of 5 liters-5 for 400 hp.
The camouflage equipment on the prototype only suggests subtle adjustments for the facelift. Expect new front and rear bumpers and possibly new wheel models. We can also see that the lighthouse interiors will present a new design.
The changes that will occur in the cabin are unclear, although we can see an updated infotainment system and new driver aids installed.
